A product company, run like an operator

Piparda started from a simple observation: most consulting engagements end when the recommendation is handed over, long before anyone finds out whether it actually works. We wanted to be judged on outcomes, not slide decks.

So alongside our consulting practices in Telecom, Travel Technology and Financial Services, we built our own products — Astral, an MVNO Business Support System, and TravAI, a travel distribution platform — and put them into production ourselves through Rizz Wireless and Zoyili.com.

That means every recommendation our consultants make is grounded in what we have actually operated: billing edge cases, AI assistants that need to know when to hand off to a human, and distribution partners that don't always behave the way the documentation says they will.
